Pat Flynn is a modern day Renaissance man with skills to spare. We know him through the RKC kettlebell community and from his Podcast on chroniclesofstrength.com. We know him as an excellent trainer but he describes himself as a generalist, minimalist, writer, guitarist, and entrepreneur. Pat is one of the young up and comers in fitness and has found ways to revolutionize the training industry by writing some of the most thorough kettlebell workouts, streamlining his training business online and taking the lead by making “fitness” a podcast genre. He’s a very intelligent broadcaster and fitness journalist, so check out him out. We thought he would be a great addition to the Strong Arguments roster.
