I was stuck in a rut for years because I was convinced that KB's could meet all my needs as an athlete. While this was true up to a point, my fitness ambitions outgrew the one modality and I needed to expand my horizons. Listen in as we discuss when a simple approach can make sense but also when it's time to diversify into heavier weights and also some isolation to get all the elements of the big movements firing. It's a question that many have and an important one to have clear perspective on.
