Dr Jeremy Fransen teaches Exercise Physiology at Loyola University here in Chicago. Aside from his classroom full of students that he educates on the effects of exercise on the body, he is also in the gym and on the platform competing at GS, a.k.a. kettlebell sport. He really takes his training seriously, from the way he eats, to the way he breaks down a training year into blocks that conform to competition times. If you're interested in training smart and knowing why the body reacts the way it does, listen to Jeremy, or go to Chicago Kettlebell Club and train with him and his wife Bea Rodriguez.
